What a busy few weeks! I bet you are all sick of me saying that… I know I am. I have made a decision today that I may take a break from Monday’s Meals, Wednesday’s Workout and Fitness Friday posts and rather post material when I have it. When I first started the posts they were a was of helping me stay active on my blog however now I find it more restricting as feel I have to post stuff on those days and if I miss it I have to wait until the next week to post it. Don’t worry I will still be posting health and fitness blog posts, but they could now be on a Tuesday or Thursday… you will have to check in more often to see when I am posting!
